Class Registration
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
- All registrations are processed on a first-come,
first-served basis.
- You will be called by the Religious
Education Office only if you did NOT receive your first choice of class
day and/or time.
- It is our policy to keep students in the classes to which
they are assigned.
- Acceptance of Religious Education registration is
conditional upon having your Parish registration on file in the Parish
office.

of Religious Education registration is conditional upon having your
Parish registration on file in the Parish office. It is assumed
you will have demonstrated financial
support to Our Lady of Fatima Church in the amount of $400 (minimum)
per family, per year. Any exceptions due to financial difficulty must
be communicated to Father Palmer or Kathleen Rooney.
- By signing the registration you agreed to the following:
- That your child/children will attend scheduled
classes.
- It is your child/children’s responsibility to complete
all required readings, homework, and tests by the assigned dates or
earlier.
- Your child/children will complete all make-up assignments as per the policy stated on pages 6 and 8.

Sacrament Materials Fee:
$75.00 for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist (payable
at time of registration)
$75.00 for Confirmation (payable at October 5th Confirmation Parent meeting)
