Second Grade
First Eucharist
The following schedule outlines the critical dates in
preparation for First Eucharist.
- Monday, February 2, 2009 - 7:30 p.m.,
OLF Church - PARENTS ONLY
- Sunday, April 5, 2009 – 10:00 a.m. –
OLF School Gym – PARENTS ONLY
- Banner Kits and Communion ceremony seating charts will be
distributed at this meeting.
- Communion merchandise will be available for purchase.
- March 16, 17, 18
- Children's books will be checked for completion and they will be
quizzed on their comprehension of the
sacrament by the Religious Education staff.
First Eucharist is scheduled for two Saturdays:
May 2, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Note: Rehearsal for the May 2, 9:30 ceremony will be on
April 30, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. and for the 12:00 ceremony from 5:15 to
6:15
p.m. in the Church.
May 9, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Note: Rehearsal for the May 9, 9:30 ceremony will
be on May 7, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. and for the 12:00 ceremony from
5:15 to 6:15 p.m. in the Church.
